Performance Pathway · 90 Days
90 Days to Identify, Address, and Reassess What Is Limiting You.
A focused physician-led Capacity-Based Medicine pathway for patients whose energy, body composition, recovery, metabolic health, or performance is not responding as expected.
Investment starting at $3,600.
Apply for the Performance PathwayWhat It Is
A 90-day clinical process designed to identify the Primary Restraint, establish a focused intervention plan, and determine through reassessment whether the relevant areas of capacity improved.
The Steadfast Architecture
Performance testing is only useful if it changes the plan.
The Performance Pathway uses the same Steadfast clinical architecture applied to higher performance demands. Testing helps quantify current physiology. The SCI helps determine what that physiology means.
Together, they allow us to distinguish whether a limitation is primarily related to energy production, autonomic regulation, oxygen delivery, fuel utilization, inflammatory burden, recovery, or another contributing mechanism.
The result is a performance plan built around the athlete's Primary Restraint and Current Mission rather than a generic collection of training zones and laboratory recommendations.

What It Includes
- Physician assessment
- Comprehensive laboratory testing as currently offered
- Metabolic testing
- Steadfast Report
- Strategy consultation
- Written treatment roadmap
- Follow-up appointments
- Relevant reassessment or repeat testing
Who It Is For
- Persistent fatigue or under-recovery
- Body-composition resistance
- Performance plateaus
- Metabolic dysfunction
- Multiple findings without a clear priority
- Patients doing a lot right without getting the expected response
What It Is Not
- A hormone package
- A peptide bundle
- A quick prescription visit
- An attempt to optimize every marker in 90 days
- Generic coaching
The Outcome
At the conclusion of the pathway, the patient should understand:
- What their dominant restraint was
- What was done first and why
- Which objective markers changed
- What remains unresolved
- Whether they should transition into self-directed maintenance, focused follow-up, or the Legacy Pathway
